Some of you may not know this about me but I am a huge college football fan. Every year I watch the college football draft and compare notes with my best friend, Elizabeth. I can’t wait to watch College Game Day and to see what mascot head Lee Corso will wear. I have my obvious favorite teams but I just love the energy, the bands, the mascots and the rivalries.
So what does college football have to do with virtual assistant services? Well, I’m glad you asked.
A Head Coach is like an entrepreneur or business owner. No matter how good they are they can’t win the game alone. They need to surround themselves with great players and assistant coaches to make sure their plays get executed to perfection. That’s where Ideal Solutions comes in.
We can be the offensive coordinator, executing the marketing plan and helping business owners stay in front of their clients and prospects to drive leads and sales to the business. One of our strengths is email marketing. We create the content calendar, assist with the copy, and upload and distribute weekly and monthly newsletters for our clients. We also provide social media management services to ensure our clients are always top of mind-you’ll find them on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and Google+.
We can also be the defensive coordinator, ensuring that the operations of the company run smoothly. Companies large, small, local, national, and even international, outsource administrative duties to our Ideal Solutions team. We coordinate with employees and vendors, answer emails, create Power Point presentations, manage special projects, conduct internet research, and generally act as one of your employees.
Most importantly, no matter what role we are playing, we make sure that we know our client’s play book inside and out. So, even if we are on the bench, we are ready to jump into the game at any time to contribute to the success of the team.
So if you are looking for that perfect coach or team member consider Ideal Solutions! Just don’t tell us that you are an FSU, Tennessee, or Alabama fan, we might hold it against you.
