Granting Ideal Solutions access to your GoDaddy account ensures smooth collaboration and allows us to provide fast and efficient support. Follow these steps to securely grant us access while maintaining the privacy of your account credentials.
Step One: Log into your GoDaddy account at https://sso.godaddy.com/ using your credentials.
Note: If you have had your password for a while, this would be a great time to reset your password and activate 2-Step Verification.
Step Two: Visit the “Delegate Access” page at https://sso.godaddy.com/access
Step Three: In the “Account Access” section, click “Invite to Access”.
Step Four: In the access invitation pop-up window, enter our contact information:
- Name: Ideal Solutions
- Email: [email protected]
Step Five: Choose the level of access you wish for us to have to your account.
- “Domains Only” access allows us the ability to help with setting up email account, redirects, subdomains, new websites, and other items related to your DNS records.
- “Products & Domains” access allows us to also access your server (where your website may be hosted), your email services, your SSL certificates, and other GoDaddy products you may have purchased.
- “Products, Domains, & Purchase” access allows us to complete transactions on your behalf using your stored payment method. This can be helpful if you want us to purchase new packages on your behalf, renew your domain name or SSL certificates, or downgrade or cancel any GoDaddy services.
