We call ourselves the Dream Team. We complement each other. Each of us has a set of competencies that focuses our efforts in the most efficient way. We can provide strategic virtual assistance that fulfills even the most demanding client requests. Here are the bios of each of the amazing people on our team.
Jodi has a diverse and strong skill set: recruiting & training, project & performance management, succession planning, marketing & public relations, systematizing operations, financial forecasting, and bookkeeping.
She has worked in a variety of sectors including finance, real estate and human resources. Her claim to fame here at Ideal Solutions is her ability to get things done quickly, finding the best tools and people for the job. Jodi loves acting as a jack of all trades, getting new projects up and running. More than anything, her honesty and candor with our team and clients ensure jobs run without a hitch and expectations are always met.
She has a BA in Communication Studies from the College of New Jersey and a MA in Labor and Employee Relations from Rutgers University. She lives with her husband and adorable daughter in South Florida. She spends quite a bit of her time playing at (and even working remotely from!) her local YMCA.
Adele’s skill set includes training, compliance, sales support, tactical implementation, and teamwork.
Adele’s claim to fame here at Ideal Solutions is her keen organization skills and attention to detail. She ensures every client’s schedule is on track by executing their monthly strategies with precision and timeliness. She’s a worker bee with tons of spunk and zest.
She has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communications from the College of New Jersey. She served as Co-President of the Verona Junior Woman’s Club. She is very active in her children’s school Parent Teacher Association. She lives with her husband and two children in New Jersey.
Jodi (AKA JoFran) is our Texas Jodi. Her skills include, business operations and management, customer service, relationship management , training, and marketing.
Jodi has worked as an executive assistant since 2006 providing a variety of services including bookkeeping, invoicing, QuickBooks, vendor management, and pretty much anything her clients and bosses required of her. Her claim to fame here at Ideal Solutions is her ability to learn new tasks quickly and adapt to the ever-changing technological world. She is a Twitter wiz. She has a great sensibility for good design and a nose for online trends.
She is also a skilled massage therapist: she studied Massage Therapy at Desert Institute of the Healing Arts. While in massage school, she practiced her sports massage on Ryk Neethling, who was training for the Olympics in Tucson AZ. He went on to win a gold medal for a relay swim race for South Africa. She also worked aboard a cruise ship stationed off Athens during the Olympic games. While working there, she worked with Ian Thorpe, a swimmer from Australia who won several gold medals that year. She also studied chemistry and biology at the University of Arizona.
Jodi is fascinated with tragic historical events and is probably the only girl who hates clothes shopping. Crafts and playdates are her hobbies, unless she happens to get an overwhelming desire to clean. She lives with her husband and two sweet daughters in Texas.
She began working with Ideal Solutions as a freelance web developer. She did such an amazing job launching a blog site for a client that we had to have her on our team. She is also our resident Facebook ads geek and helps make sure our grammar and sentence structures are compliant, clear, and concise.
Kristina is a self-proclaimed, eternal web development geek and social media junkie. She learned about the human side of computer science while earning a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science. She wrote her thesis paper on human-computer interaction.
Kristina loves coffee, is full of useless facts, and is eagerly waiting for Jeopardy to call. She lives in South Florida with her three bouncing boys and her husband.
Meet Karen. The first thing you’ll notice is her smile, she has a welcoming spirit and a gift for listening. She is proficient in Information Technology, Human Resources, Portfolio Management, and administration and management support.
She is our resident email marketing and newsletter specialist. She ensures subject lines are catchy and copy is well edited. She is also in charge of choosing impactful images that are sure to attract the right attention in the sea of competition on social media.
In the past she has worked as a family services coordinator for high net worth families. She worked with a financial advisor and estate planner to assist families in managing their wealth and portfolio. Prior to working in the financial industry she managed annual review processes for over 100 employees and assisted in the hiring and exiting processes for an electric provider in Florida.
Karen loves food, enjoys spending time with her two girls and her husband in upstate New York where she lives and photographs wild fauna, most recently turkeys and ducks.
Meet Carrie. Originally from Toronto, Canada, she has now set her roots firmly in sunny Miami Beach, Florida. She received her BA with honors from Florida International University. Her skills are many and include previous experience in customer service, sales, training, marketing, administration and account management.
Carrie ‘s most recent employment was as an administrative assistant for a local law firm. There she provided a variety of services, including; technical web support, meeting coordination, miscellaneous research, daily office operatio ns, and accounts payable.
She loves a good challenge and prides herself on being a swift learner. She taught herself to build her own website for blogging and has subsequently helped others create, edit, and brainstorm their own blogs.
In her spare time, Carrie loves to practice yoga and create and cook healthy meals for her two young children and husband. Carrie is a certified yoga kids instructor with her 200 RYT. She also enjoys blogging about her yoga journey, fitness tips, and meal plans to help inspire others to lead a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Holly Hale, originally from the Midwest, is a licensed Medical Technologist. Her career took her through many phases including: hospitals, research & development, medical equipment manufacturers, capital equipment sales and customer service.
Her vast experience culminated in the formation of her own company providing seminars and conferences with continuing medical education for physicians and surgeons on the latest surgical techniques, procedures and treatments.
Here at Ideal Solutions, she supports our team with all things administrative: document preparation, tracking and expense management, follow-up for conferences and other events.
She currently resides in Florida. Her passion is racing sailboats. Hobbies include gardening and reading.
Meet Kate Curren. Born and raised in the Boston suburbs, Kate now resides in New Jersey. She earned a Bachelor of Arts University of Connecticut, where she was captain of the women’s tennis team.
Kate has a variety of experience, spanning from customer service, marketing support, marketing strategy, business development and elementary education.
Kate is a passionate marketer. She is quick learner who is always up for a challenge. Her upbeat, can-do attitude is infectious.
Kate loves design, gardening and cooking, working out, and spending time with her husband and two kids. She is a very active community member, she is the co-President of the F.N. Brown School Community Association and on the board at the Henry B. Whitehorne Middle school. And she is a huge college basketball fan– go Huskies!
Meet Katy Coffield. Having been born and raised in Miami, Katy is a die-hard sunshine lover.
Katy is passionate about social and digital marketing. She spent the last several years helping brands advertise themselves online. Katy loves the challenge of helping a company tell their story to an onlineaudience.
She is a University of Miami graduate and a huge Canes fan.
When she isn’t glued to her phone reading through online articles, and social media, Katy is either hanging out with her husband and one-year old son, or exercising. She also started a foodie social influencer agency, Foodie Tribe, which enables her to taste test delicious food! Not a bad deal.
Meet Kayleigh. She grew up between Pennsylvania and Texas and now calls San Antonio home. Her skills include project management, event management, fundraising, digital marketing, administration and logistics. After spending most of the last decade traveling and working, she is now wrapping up her Bachelors of Psychology through Penn State’s World Campus online.
Kayleigh’s experience lies heavily in the non-profit world, but she also has experience in the recruiting, legal, financial and customer service fields. Her tenure in the non-profit sector gave Kayleigh experience in large scale event management and creation, campaign management, social media marketing, corporate fundraising, database management and website editing.
Kayleigh loves to tackle new challenges and learning on the go. She prides herself on her ability to creatively manage and work through challenges.
A self-proclaimed nerd, Kayleigh loves to write and practice photography in her spare time. She enjoys board games, useless trivia and planning themed get-togethers with friends and family. When she isn’t working or studying she spends time laughing and playing alongside her husband and two sons.
